The Final Matrix

Do not mass promote or post your link publicly as the team can accommodate only your first four! Any more than 4 on your frontline will not be a part of the teambuild. You also you need to inform the team admin here well in advance who your directs are, so that we can add them to the list and not end up sending your link again! If you forget/neglect to inform the TEAM and already have four, we have to remove your directs from the teambuild, and there is no exception to this, so please inform us well in time!
PAYPLANBENEFITS OF A LOOSE NIL BUILD
There will be fewer 'holes' in the matrix for the team to fill. Secondly as the list gets longer people may well be hesitant to join, if they have to give their contacts to someone at the top of the list and have to wait for long time for their NIL turn as it happens with STRICT NIL Since the continued success of all of our members depends on ensuring that all newcomers are in profit within a month, Loose NIL will contribute much to speeding up the build and to enable the team to continually put new members in profit before their next subscription payment is due.
If many recruit 1 - 4 direct for themselves, it will encourage them as well as the team. This will also be evident to newcomers and forum thread visitors as rapid team growth. Once you have your 4, then refer others to the team. This way, both the team and your personal matrix will grow

One week has came and gone and it's time for that 1 week update. So with the site beign open for one week now, how are the members doing!???
OUTSTANDING!
Everyone is doing a great job on working and building the site!
261 Members to date.
One week and the site has paid its members over $7,500.00 !!!!! Not bad for a week!
Top dog recruiter???
Now sitting at $765 in commissions! That is his new monthly income from The Final Matrix.
That's of course if his downline remains members at the site, but so far many are getting past
the 2 referral mark and getting into profit. NO ONE will drop the program if they are in profit
And he did this in one weeks time! Unbelievable!
And no....Top Dog is surely not me. lol
That is why its so important to build for yourself, but to also help your downline. Once you have 4 or 5,
why not contact someone in your downline and give them a hand. You are still earning from your efforts,
plus if you can help them into profit, they will not disapear on you in a month. So help your downlines if
at all possible.
Just a few pointers to help me save time on my admin duties.
1) When you request a payout, always please include your member# If you just give me a name, I have
to look through page by page until I find you. This takes up alot of time, to where if you would just give me your ID#, I go in, I pull you up, send your payment! Much easier.
2) We have a new group in promoting heavy and bringing in many. The PIF group. I don't mind at all what you are doing, but it creates a huge mess when I get 5 payments from the same Alertpay account, and I go to verify the accounts yet nothing matches up! If you pay for someone to get in, I have no way of knowing. They sign up with their name, their email, their alertpay account, and you pay for them. I cant match them up, so they sit pending. I must match a payment with a pending account or they do not get activated. Once they sit there for 48 hours, I remove them. I must. For every 1 member that signs and pays, there are 10 or 20 who sign up and never pay. I must keep deleting them to keep my admin area clean.
3) PIF.. This also creates another problem shortly in the future. After 30 days of sign up, members are reported to me as it is time to pay again. So if 5 people come up needing to pay their fee, (and they were paid in) there is no running subscription for them. Every member must keep a running subscription at Alertpay. If my site reports someone needs to pay, I will email you twice. On the second notice, if no subscription is started I must remove you from the system. Everyone must have, and leave it run, a monthly subscription from Alertpay.
How to do away with this problem? If you wish to PIF (pay it forward) for someone, just send them the money to thier account at Alertpay, they can then join up, start their subscription, and problem solved. Much much easier.
Other than that everything seems to be going smoothly. Some members did not like the fact that I take Sundays off. I am sorry, but I am only one person. I work 6 days a week. Last week I worked more than 18 hours a day to keep up with everything. Sunday is my time off to spend with my family. I refuse to give this up. Now as many of you seen I actually do work Sunday. But its late at night. I will come in around 10 or 11 pm e.s.t. and I will catch payments up and activate. I will not answer questions or do any of that but I will activate pending accounts on all my sites. Monday morning I go through all emails one at a time in the order they came in. I just like most of you do need a break, and Sunday is the day. I hope you can understand that.
So keep on building, the site is working for many of you well, and I hope it will get you all into monthly profit soon. Just takes a little work, and I wish you all the best of luck.

Hi RG, thanks for letting me know about this. I joined and brought in 3 friends right away. Gosh, I made $45 and Will Paid me almost Instantly, this is what I like to see. I will try to get a 4th person, but I understand if I can't find a 4th person that when it is my turn, the team will help me. This is just great! So many times I have had holes in my matrix, I may actually fill one for a change with the help of the team!! I will do all I can on my part to help this team because I know my turn will come.
